Product Manager, China Headquarters
Job Title: Product Manager
Function: Marketing Dept, China

Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager of China Region
Work Location: Shanghai Downtown
Date Available: ASAP
Salary Range: Open, depending on candidate’s background and capabilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build an in-depth understanding of the total market & different segments, customer needs, purchasing process & competitors; define the potential market opportunity and the right positioning to help product manager work out the right marketing plan for profitable sales growth
Lead the efforts on new product Discovery and collaborations on new product development/deployments, to meet the fast growing market needs
Develop new PRF product Introduction plan, control the executions and continuous improvements to the communication results
Product configuration management and product life cycle management including product line rationalization, obsolete product phase-out through comprehensive data analysis and work with cross function teams
Ÿ Work with China marketing team on product value proposition set up and differentiation strategy design; support the effective solution designs efficiently for customer segment
Execute and continuous improving the pricing strategy of PRF System products through in-depth understanding on profit sensitivity on channels, customers and products.
Develop the product application training plan effectively for internal sales, distributors and other customers
Responsible for sales tools content for brochure, catalog, and other commercialization material etc.
Daily support on sales for PRF product related including product presentation, bidding documentation and product promotion planning & execution
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor Degree or above major in engineering or marketing
More than 5 years’ work experience related to product marketing or product management in multinational company and Faster Moving Durable Consumer industry, filtration product knowledge is highly preferred
Residential marketing experience, such as Customer Purchasing process management, marketing research, strategic planning and effective execution is preferred
Great communication skill
Fluent English speaking, reading & writing
Excellent presentation and communication skills, a teamwork player;
